Grenada’s Citizenship-by-Investment programme has secured the number one spot in terms of Residence Requirements, Investment Requirements and Physical Visit Requirements in the Global Residence and Citizenship Programmes 2017–2018 report.
Grenada offers two paths to citizenship under its CBI program.
- USD 150,000 one time payment to National Transformation Fund (NTF)
- USD 350,000 one time property investment in Approved CBI Real estate projects
The Government of Grenada has released new Q3 2017 statistics for the CBI program in Grenada. According the 2017 statistics report as of Q3 Sep 2017,
- Grenada received a total of 296 CBI applications (188 under NTF and 108 under investment)
- 194 Applications approved by Cabinet (134 under NTF and 60 under Investment)
- 705 Persons became New Grenada Citizens
- 25 Applications refused by Cabinet
- Total investment received during this period $74,790,000
- NTF investment amounts totalling $48,060,000
- Investments from Approved CBI projects totalling $24,300,000
