Montenegro government has opened another new window for DD agents and companies with March 19, 2019 deadline due to incorrect applications submitted before
The Public opening of applications will take place on March 27, 2019 at the premises of the Secretariat, starting at 09:00 a.m.
Montenegro government has received a total of 13 applications were received from the due diligence service providers at the Secretariat for Development Projects for the Montenegro special citizenship by investment program.
These 13 applications were opened 11 February 2019 came from these due diligence service providers and firms

- “Exiger Canada, Inc” Ottawa, Canada
- “PKF Savvides & Co Limited” Cyprus
- “Wealth-X PTE.LTD.” London
- “Financial Examinations and Evaluations INC” Tempe, Arizona,USA
- “Bishops Services LLC” NY, USA.
The Commission for Public Opening did evaluate these applications, and found that none of the applications was correct, not complied with the criteria prescribed by the Decision and the Public Call for the selection of agents for evaluation of international eligibility.
The Secretariat for Development Projects published another Public Call for selection of agents for international due diligence assessment, number ED – 2/74 dated 4 March 2019.
