Cabrits Resort Kempinski construction in Dominica is progressing well

The Cabrits Resort Kempinski  developed at Douglas bay is progressing very towards completion, according to latest construction update from Range Developments.

Cabrits Resort Kempinski, Dominica, is a hideaway resort that will rank among the best in its class in the Caribbean. The luxury hotel is located in the north-west of the island at Douglas bay that will provide its guests with rich experiences and breath taking views.


The Cabrits Resort Kempinski is the first Government approved real estate project in Dominica under its CBI program. To qualify for citizenship in Dominica, the minimum investment is US$220,000 for each main applicant. Investors are also required to pay additional taxes and government fees when applying for citizenship.

Investors in the resort are required to hold the investment for three years. The investor is expected to receive an amount equivalent to the capital invested and the majority of government fees paid at the outset, following the expiry of 3-year period. This estimation is based on the historical increase in citizenship prices.

The Commonwealth of Dominica has the most popular citizenship by investment programmes in the Caribbean.  The minimum property investment to qualify for citizenship is USD 200,000 plus other fees.
