Invest in 7 Star Six Senses Resort for St Kitts Citizenship

The construction of 7 star Six senses resort construction begins in St Kitts and scheduled to open in the last quarter of 2021. The resort is set for Caribbean and Latin America debut and is set on 41 acres of a former sugar plantation in the La Vallee area of St. Kitts with 70 villas enjoying scenic views.

Six senses resort offers a chance to foreign investors buy real estate in St Kitts and obtain citizenship and passport, under the Government run CBI program with the minimum investment of USD 220,000.

Six Senses St. Kitts is a project by Range Developments, which specializes in developing luxury Caribbean resorts, together with design creativity, management and marketing by Six Senses Hotels Resorts Spas. The resort is scheduled to be completed over three years. This is the second biggest project of Range developments following the opening debut of the 5 star Park Hyatt St. Kitts Christophe Harbour in November 2017. Range is developing Cabrits resort Kempinski in Dominica.

The Six Senses resort St. Kitts is approximately a 30-minute drive along the scenic coast road from the capital Basseterre and the International Airport (SKB). The airport is served by direct flights from the United States, Canada and United Kingdom, with connecting and charter flights from Europe and regional services from several Caribbean nations.

The construction Six Senses St. Kitts, which is expected to be completed in just over two years, will create more than 500 jobs and 300 permanent jobs upon completion.

In an interview to Times Caribbean Online, The Minister of Tourism for St. Kitts, the Hon. Lindsay F.P. Grant said

The Six Senses property will add yet another signature hotel brand to our growing portfolio of accommodations, which includes a number of top lifestyle hotel brands opening in the next few years that is un-paralleled in the Eastern Caribbean. Furthermore, it will provide significant economic benefits for the people of the Federation including the creation of over 300 jobs for our local citizens in the construction phases alone with several hundred more becoming available once the hotel is open.”

CBI Program

Foreign investors can also invest in Six senses hotel and obtain citizenship under the citizenship by investment programme of St Kitts and Nevis.

Investors can purchase a ‘qualifying’ share of ownership of the Six Senses St Kitts hotel with Investment amount is USD 220,000. Financing options available. The investment must be  held for seven years.

Investing in Six Senses St. Kitts will entitle you and your family to apply for citizenship of St. Kitts & Nevis through a government sponsored program:

  • A $220,000 USD investment (through a limited partnership structure) in Six Senses St. Kitts is required in order to qualify to apply for citizenship of St. Kitts & Nevis.
  •  Financing available over 2 years
  •  Citizenship is for life for the investor, spouse, parents and a number of eligible dependents, and citizenship is passed down through generations. Applicants are not to visit or reside in St. Kitts.
  •  St. Kitts & Nevis passports are issued within approximately 90 to 120 days of filing an application.
  •  Citizens are free from personal income, capital gains, gift, wealth and inheritance taxes.
  •  St. Kitts & Nevis citizens may travel visa-free to more than 139 countries, including the United Kingdom, Schengen European countries and most British Commonwealth countries.
  •  Citizenship includes full residency status and the right to work in St. Kitts & Nevis.
  •  Dual citizenship is permitted and open to all nationalities, without any requirement to notify the applicant’s home country.
