The construction of 7 star Six senses resort construction begins in St Kitts and scheduled to open in the last quarter of 2021. The resort is set for Caribbean and Latin America debut and is set on 41 acres of a former sugar plantation in the La Vallee area of St. Kitts with 70 villas enjoying scenic views.

Six Senses St. Kitts is a project by Range Developments, which specializes in developing luxury Caribbean resorts, together with design creativity, management and marketing by Six Senses Hotels Resorts Spas. The resort is scheduled to be completed over three years. This is the second biggest project of Range developments following the opening debut of the 5 star Park Hyatt St. Kitts Christophe Harbour in November 2017. Range is developing Cabrits resort Kempinski in Dominica.
The Six Senses resort St. Kitts is approximately a 30-minute drive along the scenic coast road from the capital Basseterre and the International Airport (SKB). The airport is served by direct flights from the United States, Canada and United Kingdom, with connecting and charter flights from Europe and regional services from several Caribbean nations.
The construction Six Senses St. Kitts, which is expected to be completed in just over two years, will create more than 500 jobs and 300 permanent jobs upon completion.

CBI Program
Foreign investors can also invest in Six senses hotel and obtain citizenship under the citizenship by investment programme of St Kitts and Nevis.
Investors can purchase a ‘qualifying’ share of ownership of the Six Senses St Kitts hotel with Investment amount is USD 220,000. Financing options available. The investment must be held for seven years.
