The I-526 Immigrant Petition by Alien Entrepreneur is filed by the EB-5 investor to demonstrate that they are in the process of investing, or have already invested the required amount of capital in a suitable EB-5 project. The I-924, Application for Regional Center under the Immigrant Investor Pilot Program, must be filed for the regional center to operate legally. There are only 1,402 pending petitions for regional center applications.
The report also show over 700,000 non-military citizenship applications are pending.
Over 1.3 million I-130 application petitions are pending highest of any category. I-130 form is for citizen or lawful permanent resident of the United States who needs to establish their relationship to certain alien relatives who wish to immigrate to the United States.
