Grenada CIP for Single Applicant remains at $150,000

The NDF contribution for  citizenship by investment in Grenada remains at $150,000 for single applicant to qualify for citizenship and permanent residence card. The Grenada Government on Dec 7, 2017 officially announced the change  in Gazette reducing the prices for single applicant only from $200,000 to  $150,000.

No changes for family applications. The real estate investment remains at USD 350,000

 

GRENADA CITIZENSHIP BY INVESTMENT (AMENDMENT) (NO. 3) REGULATIONS, 2017

and shall be read as one with the Grenada Citizenship by Investment Regulations No. 17 of 2013, hereinafter referred to as the “principal Regulations.”

2. Amendment of Schedule I. Schedule I of the principal regulations is amended in the table headed “Qualifying investment for approved project applicant, government fees for significant Investment applicant and Applicants participating in the National Transformation Fund” as follows–

(a) by repealing the following–

and substituting therefor–

“Sub Grouping (A)

Payment Amount (USD)

National Transformation Fund – Single Applicant Citizenship & Permanent Residence

$200,000.00”

“Sub Grouping (A)

Payment Amount (USD)

National Transformation Fund – Individual Applicant
Citizenship & Permanent Residence

  USD 150,000
