The UN World Tourism Organization has published Visa openness report for 2018. The World Tourism Organization (UNWTO) is a specialized agency of the United Nations.
UNWTO visa openness report measures the mobility of citizens based on their ability to travel seamlessly to other countries.
Cook Island is revealed as the most welcoming country in the world in terms of visa facilitation, followed by Micronesia and Niue. Qatar’s visa openness ranking has leapt to 8th in the world from 177th back in 2014 because of comprehensive travel measures.
Dominica ranks 4th while St Kitts ranks 7th and Vanuatu in 11th place in the world welcoming with visa openness.
