Five star Secret bay hotel signed an agreement with Dominica government, to build 42 luxury villas in Dominica funded by CBI program. The whole project is expected to create permanent jobs for 120 dominicans, further expanding the economy and tourism sector
The construction will be completed within 3 years and PM Skerrit announced the construction is expected to commence within 90 days.
The Secret Bay Hotel is Dominica’s first five star resort and has received international awards for great customer service and ambience.
The Caribbean Journal ranked Secret Bay as the #1 coolest Caribbean hotel to visit in 2019, and Condé Nast Traveler included Secret Bay amongst the top resorts in the Caribbean.
Secret Bay is also featured in CNN Travel’s List of “25 of the World’s Most Romantic Hotels”
Mr. Nassief, the proprietor of Secret Bay Residences Ltd, said “I will be available to go to the market place to help promote and market this project, so that we can get the investors to invest in this project.”
The ground-breaking and start of the project expected very soon.
The Secret bay residences is one of the six CBI approved real estate projects approved by Dominica government.
