The EB-5 is the most wanted, most popular, highly sought after immigrant investor program in the world. EB-5 was created in the 1990’s by Congress requires $500,000 investment and investors are supposed to create atleast 10 jobs.
This scheme is still the oldest in the world with an annual quota of 10,000 visas.
Since its creation in 1990’s, EB-5 is currently in 29 years of its operation. USCIS has proposed for an overhaul of the scheme soon with doubling the investment levels.
