Range developments one of the premier hotel developments in the Caribbean will be undertaking two major luxury hotel developments in St. David, eastern Grenada for $130 million, was announced by Grenada Government GIS.
It will feature two luxury 5-star resorts, oceanfront villas, spas, retail and water-sports’ facilities. The master-planned development is planned on one of the best locations in the Caribbean, just 15 minutes’ drive from Grenada’s airport.
The hotel project, once started, will create more than 600 jobs during construction and many more during operations.
Investors will be able to participate in the project, under the Grenada Citizenship by Investment programme (CBI).
