Citizenship by investment and golden visa industry are exploding at an unprecedented rate, according to our analysis of search results in google.

We looked at growing number of pages indexed in Google for these keywords and the results are astounding

Citizenship by Investment

A quick look at Google on how many pages for the keyword “citizenship by investment” reveals there are 83 million pages in Google in 2019.

In the year 2000 , there were only 130,000 pages, in 2015 only 3 million pages, and since 2015 the number of resources available for citizenship by investment exploded by almost 30x times from 3 million to 83 million pages within a span of four years.

St Kitts (1984) and Dominica (1994) were the only two citizenship by investment programs existed before 2000 with more countries opening CBI/CIP after 2010.

Golden visas

As far as golden visas are concerned, before 2000 there were only 130,000 page results in google, also seen a huge metoric rise after 2015.

Latvia introduced golden visa scheme in Europe 2010, followed by Portugal in 2012, and other countries following it.

After 2015, the information in google pages soared from 7 million pages to 188 million pages, by 26X times within the span of four years.
