Jungle bay is yet another success story of Dominica’s CBI program

Jungle Bay is one of five world class resorts currently under construction in Dominica.

 

The Prime Minister of Dominica, Hon. Skerrit, recently praised the developer of Jungle bay resort for being part of success under the CBI scheme and commended his efforts for his exemplary work during Hurricane Maria.

 

Jungle Bay is  one of the caribbean’s most successful boutique hotel brands, is offering new vacation villas to investors under the Dominica Citizenship by Investment Program (CIP).

 

The Prime Minister said

 

Dominica has recovered from the ravages of Hurricane Maria – the worst natural disaster in our history – far quicker than it did from natural disasters in the past.

As Dominicans we have to be proud of Jungle Bay Sam Raphael. From the moment the previous location was devastated by Tropical Storm Erika, ’til now, Sam’s resilience and work ethic has been exemplary and this achievement should serve as an inspiration to all Dominicans.

This resort is yet another success story for our country’s Citizenship By Investment programme. With Jungle Bay being one of five world class resorts currently under construction on our island, our tourism product is poised to be better than it ever was in our history.

 

 

Jungle Bay is located at Morne Acouma, just before entering the town of Soufriere in southwest o Dominica.  It is one of the most scenic parts of Dominica and at the heart of the twin communities of Soufriere and Scotts Head which packs a number of amazing features to explore. These include Bubble Beach, Soufriere Sulphur springs, segment one of the Waitukubuli National Trail, the Scotts Head Pinnacle, the old Roman Catholic church, Champagne and so much more.  The Scotts Head Marine Reserve, one of the premiere dive sites in the Caribbean!

 

 

The Jungle bay eco-villas is an approved CBI project by the government.

 

Investors can buy a fully deeded sea view villa for $255,000 and can qualify for citizenship. Each purchase comes with a recorded title that includes 1,200 square feet of land with a 400 sq ft villa unit.

 

The Jungle bay development is set for grand opening in June 2019
