14 Agents approved for Anguilla RBI scheme

The Government of Anguilla has appointed 14 authorized agents to submit applications under the Anguilla Residence by Investment (ARBI) scheme.

 

The Anguilla ARBI scheme launched in 2018, offers immediate permanent resident status in the British caribbean island with the path to British overseas territory citizenship after five years of living.  This scheme is not a citizenship scheme as it offers only residence status.

 

To be eligible for Anguilla Residency by Investment, a candidate must make a financial contribution to the Government’s Capital Development Fund (CDF) or purchase or construct Real Estate at or above a minimum value.

 

  • Tax residency: Pay $75,000 as lump sum tax to treasury annually. Must spend 45 days a year and own a property for atleast $400,000
  • Capital fund: Pay $150,000 as one time payment to diversification fund to develop and contribute to the economy. Additional fee $50,000 for spouse or dependants
  • Real estate: Buy a property worth atleast $750,000 in the island

 

Family Applicants have to pay additional $10,000 permit fee (upto 4) and $2000 processing fee. There is also with $500 due diligence fee per person, waived for children under 18.
