Grenada has received high CBI receipts of ECD 85.1 million (US$31.4m) for the first half of Jan-June 2019, which is 37% more than that of the previous year of 2019, according to the latest fiscal data report released by Ministry of finance
The real estate investments in Grenada in the form of approved projects recorded significant increase in 2019, that is almost doubled, while National Transformation Fund (NTF) deposits up by 20%.

A primary surplus (including grants) of $16.9m was realised for the month of June 2019 slightly lower than the targeted $18.9m
Grenada has one of the world class citizenship by investment schemes in the world with a powerful passport and has undergone significant changes to the scheme in 2019, including reduction of real estate investment to $220,000 in tourism hotels.
In a latest CBI study, Grenada CBI scheme was rated as the second best among CBI/CIP schemes in the world after Malta for its pricing, passport benefits and visa free access.
