The Royal Thai Government has Granted Limited Time Visa Exemption for Tourists from India from 10 November 2023 to 10 May 2024.
On 31 October 2023, the Cabinet of Thailand has approved the visa exemption scheme for holders of ordinary passports (or travel document holders) of India to enter and stay within the Kingdom of Thailand for a period not exceeding 30 days. Also, If Indian passport holder applicants with a stay period in Thailand of less than 30 days wants to apply for a tourist visa is permissible.
Note that the standard visa application procedures for all categories, including tourist visas, remain unchanged during this period. The regular visa application process is fully operational, offering applicants the flexibility to choose the option that best suits their needs.
