Range developments one of the premier hotel developments in the Caribbean will be undertaking two major luxury hotel developments in St. David<\/strong>, eastern Grenada for $130 million, was announced by Grenada Government GIS.<\/p>\n

It will feature two luxury 5-star resorts,<\/strong> oceanfront villas, spas, retail and water-sports’ facilities.\u00a0\u00a0The master-planned development is planned on one of the best locations in the Caribbean, just 15 minutes\u2019 drive from Grenada\u2019s airport.<\/p>\n

The hotel project, once started, will create more than 600 jobs during construction and many more during operations.<\/p>\n

Investors will be able to participate in the project, under the\u00a0 Grenada Citizenship by Investment programme (CBI).<\/p>\n
