While several villas are already fully completed and operating to critical-acclaim, the 42 eco-luxury villa development is expected to become \u201cone of the best, if not the best, resort in the Western Hemisphere here in Dominica,\u201d as noted by Prime Minister Roosevelt Skerrit.
