Foreigners buying properties in Spain increased by 12.6%, a total of 65,400 properties sold to foreigners in Spain, according new report published by Registorades
Only 6% of those properties (3934) were bought by foreigners above €500,000 euros for the year 2018.
Of the total foreign buyers of housing exceeding 500,000 euros, 65.11% corresponded to community and 34.89% from non-EU (Latin America, Asia etc).
This means 1,334 foreigners from outside-EU bought properties in Spain above 500K euros.
