These CBI/Golden visa countries have the lowest property prices

We decided to check on which countries had the lowest property prices in Europe and the outcome is quite interesting. It turns out Moldova had the cheapest property prices in Europe, since the citizenship scheme in Moldova is suspended, Montenegro is taking the first spot for lowest property prices in Euroep

With CIP around the corner,  and soon to open for applications, Montenegro has the lowest property prices among all countries in Europe.  This presents an exciting opportunity for investors to invest in Montenegro real estate. The Montenegrin citizenship by investment program requires investors to invest atleast €250K (outside capital) or €450K (in capital Podgorica)

Among the golden visa countries, Greece still has the lowest property prices. Monaco and United Kingdom are the most expensive places to buy property.

Turkey is seeing a real estate boom since the introduction of citizenship scheme in 2018, but the falling value of turkish lira, makes it attractive to buy property in Turkey. Property buyers of $250,000 or more  eligible for turkish citizenship and passport
